Day 1 : Wednesday
14 May (Dover
/ Canterbury)
- Mise en place dans le car : 7H45 et
départ de l’autocar
: 8HOO
- A Douvres, visite du château et des souterrains de la
2ème guerre mondiale.
- Pique-nique et route vers Canterbury.
- A Canterbury, visite du musée des contes de Canterbury
puis découverte de la ville.
- Route vers la banlieue de Londres.
Arrivée à Plumstead
et accueil par notre responsable locale à 18h30 pour
la présentation des familles hôtesses. Installation,
dîner et nuit
Day 2 : Thursday
15 May (8h00 – 19h00) Londres
Ce matin, (07h45 heure anglaise):
Tout va bien, la journée d'hier
s'est bien déroulée.
Aujourd'hui, météo similaire à Hazebrouck,
petite bruine...
- Départ du centre avec un panier repas pour le déjeuner.
- Matin, visite du Théâtre
de Shakespeare (the Globe) sur les bords de la Tamise
- En fonction de temps, visite éventuelle du musée
d’art moderne (Tate modern) tout proche
- Pique-nique puis l’autocar nous dépose dans le
centre pour un circuit à pieds du quartier touristique
avec arrêts shopping
- Retour à Plumstead pour 19h.... Dîner
et nuit en famille.
Ce soir (17h00 heure anglaise)
Appel face à Buckimgham, où le groupe pense avoir aperçu
The Queen !
La journée s'est bien déroulée comme prévu, même le musée de la
Tate Modern a pu être fait (ils y ont pique-niqué).
Là, fin de
la promenade à pied dans Londres sous un ciel clément... puis retour
à la case famille !

Dernier flash info (19h30 heure anglaise):
Retour dans les familles sous la pluie, pluie qui est tombée
toute la matinée, mais pendant la visite des musées ! Donc
tous étaient à l'abri !
Cet après-midi, promenade pédestre dans Londres
mais sans la pluie ! Quel Timing !
Tout le monde semble satisfait.
Demain rencontre au sommet avec les correspondants
anglais qui les attendent avec impatience, dixit la prof. anglaise
!
Day 3 : Friday 16 May (8h00-22h) South
Woodham Ferrers
- Départ du centre à 8h00 avec deux paniers repas
fournis par les familles. Route vers South Woodham Ferrers, ville
de nos correspondants. Découverte de leur école,
visite, un cours avec les élèves anglais puis activités
en commun, pique-nique ensemble puis visite de la ville l’après-midi.
Arrivée
annoncée à
21h15 (heure française) sur
le parking face au lycée. (info
de 20h25, ils viennent de quitter le bateau)

It was the first time I ...
It was the first time I went to
England.
We went to England by ferry.
We visited Dover,Canterbury,London and the school of our pen-friends.

It was the first time I went to England so it was the first time
I did everything we did. So it was the first time:
-I travelled by ferry
-I visited Dover and its undergrounds
-I visited Canterbury
-I went to London
-I saw an English school.

It was the first time I visited
Dover and its castle. I had already visited Canterbury but it
was the first time I visited the Canterbury Tales. I had
already been to London but I had never visited the Globe Theatre.
I had already been to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and Picadilly
Circus.

I particularly enjoyed the visits, the big and beautiful ferry,
my nice host family and London. (the city )

I particularly enjoyed the underground passage under the Castle
of Dover, the Tate modern museum (it was beautiful!) and the Canterbury
tales museum.

My host family was...
My host family was funny, welcoming and very kind. I went to our
family with my friends: Mathilde, Anais and Anne-Charlotte. We
had great fun.

My host family was nice, but talkative. They didn't speak French.

My host family was composed
of : Coco, the grandmother, the mother and her husband. We were
in the bedroom of the sister of the mother: Nancy. In the family,
there were two girls: Elen and Brianna. We didn't speak
much to the family.

I will not forget William De
Ferrers school because it was very very big ! And the
visit of London because it was interesting .

I will not forget the good mood and the trip on the whole. I love
London: Trafalgar Square,Covent Garden,Big Ben, theTate Modern...

Lauren because she's very nice and very kind. I will not forget
the shopping in Covent Garden too and I will not forget Buckingham
palace, it's very beautiful.
